Foster/Adoption Application

Please complete our adoption application form below. Once we have reviewed it, we’ll be in touch about how you can help us help animals in need.

For every applicant we seek references, do a vet check and home visit before an adoption can be finalized.

The adoption fees are as follows:
  • Puppies (0 – 1 year) – $450
  • Adult Dogs (1 year – 8 years) – $650
  • Extra-Large Breed Puppies – $500
  • Senior Dogs (+9 years) – $150
  • Cats – $100
  • Rabbits – $75
  • Exotic Animals – $100

Subject to change depending on extenuating circumstances.

What’s Included?:
  • Adult animals are Spay or Neutered
  • Vet checkup, if required
  • Dental work, if required
  • Deworming treatment
  • Flea treatment

Application

  • You must be at least 19 years of age
  • You must be willing and able to care and provide stability for an animal
